During Luisâ job interview at Able final November, he reported that while in the National Guard he was labeled âexcessive speed.â We rapidly learned that this meant that he was a go-getter, a doer, and he supposed to always perform properly in what ever he set out to do. He described his favourite boss as a drill sergeant who challenged him to tackle a unprecedented physical health program in boot camp, during which he excelled and successfully accomplished. He introduced that power to Able, together with a high regard and respect for our clients, our host businesses, and his co-staff. Bilingual and bicultural, Luis was at all times ready with a smile, a serving to hand, and a âRogerâ when he was asked to do one thing.
